Jag uppskattar verkligen er hjälp. Jag har försökt skriva om hela texten eller har plockat bort ganska mycket och försökt få in allt i en text istället för massa stycken. Det blev inte lika mycket text som innan men fyller nog ut det mesta jag fått med tidigare. Eftersom det är samma typ av jobb känns det mer ok att skriva såhär. Vad tycker ni?

I already got knowledge with me from my earlier job, as customer support agent, there my responsibility was to handle Swedish, Norwegian and English customer on live chat, mail and phone.
On Betsson I learned a lot, especially to be a multi tasker and a good team player, handle 3-4 chats and at same time take a phone call have been a step I first saw as impossible, but I made it, several times. The secret is to be calm and some magic will be there and help you. I have also as I mention above handle Norwegian customers, so I now a lots of words and understand Norwegian well.
As a person I am kind, social and responsible. I love to be surrounded by friends and family, and my big passion is food, I love to cook and make dinner. Another hobby is workout, which I try to do 3-6 times a week.
