Two North Koreans, sentenced to eight years in prison, were arrested as they were taking photos of documents, which, according to experts, provided information on new types of engines, spacecraft and fuel delivery systems.
"I think there are no concerns over this [potential leak of confidential information], because even the information that they might theoretically have gotten was under tight control of our security forces. I do not think there is a risk of leaks of any information that is important to our country," Radchenko told reporters.

The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine (DPSU) announced on 20 January that it had found missile system components on an aircraft that was about to leave Kiev's Zulyany airport for Iran.
The DPSU said that, during an inspection of the aircraft on 19 January, its personnel had found 17 boxes with no accompanying documents, which the aircraft's crew said contained an aircraft repair kit. Three boxes contained components that were believed to be for a Fagot anti-tank guided missile system, the rest contained aircraft parts.
The DPSU released a second statement the following day saying that experts had confirmed that the components were from a Fagot system.
A photo released by the DPSU shows components from 9P135-series ground launching systems found on the Iran-bound airliner on 19 January: two 9S474-series processing units from the 9S451-series ground control equipment and one traversing box from the 9P56-series base launcher.
