Vad jag säger är att Etiopien är
vad som brukar kallas "en parlamentarisk demokrati". Alla formella kriterier för det styrelseskicket är uppfyllda:

Att jag sedan inte har mycket till övers för det styrelseskicket, som i västvärlden, exempelvis USA, visat sig leda till att folkfientliga oligarkier genom finans-och mediadominans kan förinta varje egentlig folklig förankring av den förda politiken när det gäller vissa avgörande aspekter, är en annan diskussion.
