Här är EXTREMT INTRESSANT INFORMATION kring den amerikanska militärens krigssimulerings-ÖVNINGAR över Washington och New York under morgonen den 11 September 2001..., under kodnamnet "OPERATION VIGILANT GUARDIAN", da man simulerade att flygplan kapades och kraschades mot federala byggnader i just New York och Washington... och tydligen användes dessa FLYGPLAN och MISSILER till att krascha WTC-tornen och Pentagon den 11 September 2001...!!!!!

Spy satellites obtain intelligence and information through a wide variety of technical methods covering all spectrums: from visual to signals to infrared, radar and more. On 9/11 the NRO could have quickly tasked satellites to cover northeast USA and cental Atlantic coast (NYC and Washington, DC) to obtain intelligence about the attacks.

I propose the NRO was "disabled" on the morning of 9/11 to prevent satellites from being tasked to these areas -- to prevent evidence that would expose the 9/11 plot. The USA has incredibly powerful and capable satellites that could easily spot the difference between an airliner and a drone or ...
Notice that the emphasis of the NRO exercise was building EVACUATION.

Not a typical exercise for satellite management: multiple tasking orders simultaneously, satellite failure, communications link problems, space flight difficulties, etc.

Long enough for four airliners to crash and evidence visible by satellite to be gone.
The NRO had to be taken out of the loop to maintain OPSEC (OPerational SECurity). The NRO people are very, very good. And they come from many different organizations: military, intelligence, defense contractor specialists. There is also a NRO "lifers" group. It would be very difficult to "buy off" the NRO since many members are owe their allegiance to different masters.
That is how the NRO plane crash exercise fits into the wargames of 9/11.
To keep the NRO from prowling the skies during the critical time period:
8:24 AM (first hijacking confirmed) to 10:06 AM (Pennsylvania crash).
They would have had satellite coverage of the attacks in progress -- and the fiction of 19 Arabs with box cutters would blow away like dust in the desert wind.
