Förra gången Ryssland svingade klubban i säkerhetsrådet var februari 2022 då man inledde sin speciella militära operation i Uraina. Nu är det dags för Ryssland att leda säkerhetsrådets arbete igen. Rådet har till uppgift att upprätthålla internationell fred och säkerhet. Hur kommer Rysslands ordförandeskap att påverka situationen i Ukraina?
