Kanskje du burde sjekke hva “Congressional plus-ups and other contractual settlements.” betyr før du kommer med påstandene dine...
I stor grad er dette utgifter som USA tar i forbindelse med at de har strøket Tyrkia fra F-35 programmet. Det påløper derfor utgifter i forbindelse med å flytte deler av produksjonen til andre land.
Så ja, flyene USA skal ha får dette tillegget, men ikke fly som leveres til andre land.
