Jag skulle tro det är regeringen som tillsätter HD. Vid nästa tillsättning kommer politiska hänsyn att tas. Så skall inte domstolar fungera.
Men jag har redan skrivit en del om det tidigare. När domstolarna går in i politiken liknar det bananrepublik.
