Lite mer snorkling i ämnet säkerhet.

If all you did was visit the deep, all you have to do is get the *latest* (seriously, the latest) update from Norton or Kaspersky, and run the most comprehensive scans with it.
This mostly likely mean that you will want to get an official paid copy, since the pirated ones are ... update lacking or have holes in their architecture. But trust me, if you visited the Hidden Wiki -- probably one of the most traffic-ed / phished / vulnerable node -- you will want to do this, and for the foreseeable future, use that old Windows 2000 machine in the attic to do all your online banking.
If you run Mac, then you're a weee-bit safer, but not much, since all the other n00bs like to use Mac too, get it?
If you did some transactions on the deep ... then you will want to do the above and then double check your banking/Paypal/cell phone statements, and then just cancel your current checking/credit account numbers.
For those who are thinking about visiting the deep and lack these necessary skills then don't go until you learn something about networking/programming/security.

I should also add that the latest scans with your *good* antivirus (you deserve what you get if you use that freeware garbage) does NOT mean that your computer is healthy. This bears emphasis.
Currently, these teams run single serving code, meaning that the code lies dormant until they are all selectively activated. This means a lot (who knows if it is a lot, it's just my personal estimate) of the code currently in your disk has NOT been studied by the white hats, let alone coded into their updates. Add to that that the latest malicious codes are anti-antivirus (meaning they take active proactive steps to counter your defenses, rather than just hide), and you get the picture.
So the best you can do is surf safely with the terminals you used to surf the deep, and isolate your sensitive activities to another terminal which is not connected to your current network

I övrigt intressant men tun tråd.
