Marriages between relatives are widespread in the Middle East, particularly in Saudi Arabia, where a government study has found that 56.8% of all marriages are between first and second cousins or more distant relatives.

Även om rasbiologi inte precis tillhör min huvudsakliga intressesfär

så är det inte helt ointressant måste jag säga. Kusingifte innebär en starkt ökad risk för defekter och ovanliga sjukdomar. Däremot så har jag ingen susning kring OM eller HUR deta skulle påverka oss... Men inte helt ointressant som allmän fråga får jag säga.
